  Jameel’s Law of Biological Economics Autonomous Needs, GDP , and Generational Cycles By Arif Jameel (Independent Scholar, Researcher, and Writer | Lahore, Pakistan | ORCID: https://orcid.org/0009-0009-9290-6195 Zenodo: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.22308381 Abstract: This paper proposes Jameel’s Law of Biological Economics , the foundational element of a three-part theoretical programme linking human biology to macroeconomic measurement and institutional dynamics. It argues that absolute biological requirements manifest as Autonomous Needs, which exert economic pressure and generate baseline expenditures necessary for their satisfaction. When such expenditures occur through counted market production and transactions, they enter GDP regardless of whether they correspond to improved human welfare.
