Abstract

The Jameel Binary Philosophy proposes a conceptual and philosophical framework that positions the binary system (0, 1) as the foundational grammar of existence, bridging classical metaphysics, modern physics, and Artificial Intelligence. It re-imagines 0 as Absolute Potential — the non-manifest, invisible essence (Ghayb) — and 1 as Manifestation, the point where potential crosses into matter, time, and action. The originality of the Jameel Binary Philosophy lies not in the binary system itself, but in proposing that philosophical causality can be translated into a Binary Assembly Code, enabling Artificial Intelligence to investigate reality under ethical guidance as a conceptual framework for future knowledge.

Today, I argue that the binary system of ‘0, 1’ represents the most advanced symbolic expression of this evolution, demonstrating how human intellect has transformed reasoning into a logical structure that can function as ‘knowledge’ within machine intelligence.

In this same continuity, AI Ethics emerges as a new branch of philosophy, because the issue is no longer merely knowledge or power, but purpose, responsibility, and human survival. The journey of philosophy has moved from logic to mathematics, from mathematics to binary, and from binary to AI — and now its next inevitable stage is the ‘Ethical Passport’: meaning that intellect does not need power, it neds an ethical purpose.

Note: To the best of my knowledge, this revised definition has not been presented in modern philosophical literature in this particular style, nor with such a direct linkage to binary (0, 1).

In this sense, mathematics and binary computation are not departures from philosophy, but extensions of its internal method — showing how philosophy continuously generates new languages of reasoning.

0 (The Absolute Potential / The Hidden Essence): In the Jameel Doctrine, ‘0’ is not “nothingness” or nullity. It is the Absolute Potential — the invisible, non-manifest essence (The Unseen / Ghayb). Despite being invisible, it is the foundation of every existence. My proposal is that if Artificial Intelligence is guided by philosophical causality, ethical purpose, and a Binary Assembly Code, it may generate new insights that extend beyond the present limits of human investigation. It is at this point that the Ethical Passport becomes essential—not merely as a body of knowledge, but as the moral compass that enables intelligence, whether human or artificial, to serve truth with ethical responsibility.
